Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

This is our core HR system and all of the other modules support all of our key HR processes

Great for core data and the HR administrators but not as simple to use for other HR practitioners. The data is not as visual as users would like and they don't know how to build a case or support a decision with it
