Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
we use Rise with SAP and SuccessFactors EC, ECP, PMGM, Compensation, Recruitment, onboarding, Succession Management. At the moment we are ok, the only thing is SSL certificates, we buy it each year. We require option to purchase it for at least next 5 years.

- complex shift scheduling
- System utilization report to enhance the system usage across the group
- email ID for each employee, even for the cleaning and labor staff who does not even know how to use system.

we moved from non SAP systems legacy systems to SF.
We activated SAP Joule but still does not have maturity on roles base authorization across the group.
