Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

we use Rise with SAP and SuccessFactors EC, ECP, PMGM, Compensation, Recruitment, onboarding, Succession Management. At the moment we are ok, the only thing is SSL certificates, we buy it each year. We require option to purchase it for at least next 5 years.

Reporting still need improvement. HR resources does not use the system and carry on the manual activity. SF does not have such mechanism where we can make analysis and improve the system utilization. It will help us the improve ROI.
we moved from non SAP systems legacy systems to SF.
We activated SAP Joule but still does not have maturity on roles base authorization across the group.

We implemented in a corporate office. Multiple legacy systems were used and there was no data transparency and authentication mechanism. now we implemented SF for the whole group regardless of their existing system. we can get the Realtime data for analysis and strategical decisions and planning.
