Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use SAP SuccessFactors HCM for Performance Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, and Calibration Sessions.

Pros

  • In my opinion, SAP SuccessFactors HCM does Integration across modules well
  • I think SAP SuccessFactors HCM has Easy admin functionality and configutations
  • In my experience, SAP SuccessFactors HCM does their Learning Management System well

Cons

  • In my opinion, SAP SuccessFactors HCM has room for improvement with recruiting
  • In my experience, SAP SuccessFactors HCM has room for improvement with Calibrations
  • I think SAP SuccessFactors HCM has room for improvement with Succession
  • In our experience, SAP SuccessFactors HCM has an impact on our business by providing Better support partnership
I enjoy SAP SuccessFactors HCM and find business needs are often able to be resolved in the system without the need for other external sources
