Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

SAP SuccessFactors HCM is used as our core HR system. SAP SuccessFactors HCM helped with streamlining processes and reducing paper trail by utilizing workflow.

Pros

  • Compensation module helped streamline processes and get out of manually maintaining an Excel Spreadsheet
  • Performance & Goals Management is user-friendly
  • Employee Central is very configurable to help support business specific requirements.

  • Recruiting can use some enhancements for the candidate experience and manger experience.
