Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use the comp module, recruiting, ONB, performance. The product improves the business process so we switch from spreadsheets and reduce manual work.

Pros

  • Planning for bonus
  • integrate candidate information from recruiting to EC

Cons

  • Workforce planning, this is a gap that just been released so I'm excited to see.
  • We increased the productivity by automating process and reducing manual errors with data entry.
It's very intuitive and user friendly.
We plan to use walk me to leverage the capability to the system for the entire organization.
