Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

Our organization uses SAP SuccessFactors HCM for the following modules: Employee Central, Compensation, LMS, and Performance. The product helps us stay compliant with the Learning system and helps track employees. We are going to implement the Onboarding module.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM is a good system but has room to grow
We think AI would be a useful tool for the LMS. We would not use it with decision making capabilities
