Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
We utilize SAP SuccessFactors HCM to manage employee payroll, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, and learning. The business problems that the products address are the basic problems of human capital management; how to manage user data, navigate the onboarding process, assign learning, upskill, etc. We currently utilize SAP SuccessFactors HCM for our full-time employees, around 6k users.
Pros
- Small and large scale assignment management through Assignment Profiles
- Provide the opportunity for users to upskill and manage their skills journey
- Provide the ability for customized reporting, for report needs that are outside of the default system reports
Cons
- The automation of learning based on user performance; as in, if a user fails a course, the system auto recommends content to assist that user in successfully completing that content
- AI content generation (non-existing, but coming in 2026)
- Improved employee experience
- Automation of data flow between modules
we'd like to incorporate it into more manager self-service, and to assist employees in identifying content to assist in upskilling
