Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
We use SAP SuccessFactors HCM as our HR master data. We rolled out for all countries. It has addressed number of problems including real time data availability, reporting capabilities, data flow among systems etc.
we have also implemented ECP, ONB, RCM, PMGM and compensation.
One major problem we have is with payroll is the time data which feeds from workforce does not accept 4 decimal value of an hour. This creates issues with rounding and we are looking to address this issue and with the PAGA law it has become a challenge.
