We manage the skills of our personnel in a single system.It is used for researching the necessary human resources. By using the standard features, we can easily add the skills we want to manage without coding.The modules are also well-equipped, allowing for learning management, personanel management, and successor management.

Pros

  • We can add features without coding.

Cons

  • There are users who only use it a few times a year, so they cannot remember how to operate it. The operation is difficult for users who do not use it often.
  • Personnel search has become easiler.
Organization chart and other information are displayed in an easy to understand manner.
