Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We are moving to SAP SuccessFactors HCM as part of our upgrade to S/4HANA. We are currently using onboarding, recruiting, performance and goals, and succession planning, and Learning Management System.

Pros

  • Integrated across SF modules
  • I personally the user friendly gui of LMS

Cons

  • Standard reporting
  • Customer not being able to perform backend changes
  • More standard APIs needed
  • Difficult to get questions answered from experts
  • Improved employee experience is easy to use LMS
The user interface guis are intuitive in both LMS and performance management. Easy to use and keep track of performance and development goals.
We will be looking into using an AI Agent to help with addressing employee questions. This should improve the timeliness of responses and help to serve our employees faster.

SAP SF HCM could work on integrating LMS with SAP ECC a little better.
SAP SF HCM LMS has a user friendly gui.
