Currently use it for performance reviews, training modules, development plans

Pros

  • provides easy user interface
  • organizes training well

Cons

  • the development plan usability is a little clunky and repetitive
  • improved employee experience
  • provide employee direct access to real time data
pretty intuitive to navigate
not yet, in development
our future roadmap includes enhancing employee user experience with AI support tools
