Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We are moving to SF HCM as our source from SAP ECC. We are using Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Learning Management System and Succession Planning.

Pros

  • Integrate with all SF modules
  • User friendly GUI
  • Config can be done by business users

Cons

  • Standard reports
  • Customer not being able to perform back end changes even if certified provider.
  • Need more standard API to connect to third parties
  • Improved employee experience
Employees and managers find and input their information with ease. Configuration by SMEs is easy to understand and do.
We envision using a AI agent for employee HR questions. This will improve our efficiency in our employee services area,
SF HMC fits with our go-forward strategy.

SF HCM has a good user experience for our employees and managers. It is difficult to create reports or get the needed data out of SF.
