Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use it for Recruiting, Onboarding, and LMS. It made the process more fluent and fair. With recruiting, it made the process of having people apply easier and saved our HR department a lot of time. Onboarding became so much faster as we were able to connect it to our network onboarding system so that IDs could be created and access granted much quicker than before and with less errors. LMS allowed so many more options for our trainings and kept accurate tracking of what each employee completed and when.

  • Improved employee access and applying to other positions.
The employees have really benefited from the user ability to apply for jobs more easily. They can clearly see at what state the application is at, if it has been reviewed, and if they are going to be scheduled for an interview. It also makes the process so much easier for the hiring manager.
We have not moved core HR, time, or payroll from SAP ERP HCM on-premise to the cloud yet but plan to in the future.
Our management is very interested in our corporation using more AI. Currently, it is not used hardly at all except for a few dashboards. They would like it incorporated in all aspects of our systems. This is still in the works.

It was wonderful with our recruiting and onboarding. It allows people to apply with ease, HR to review all applications one one screen, the workflow for the hiring managers to see the applicants, schedule interviews, and follow-up with each applicants ratings is so much better than what we had before.
