Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

I used SuccessFactors to address KPIs for myself and my staff on a six monthly basis.

Pros

  • Easy to use and navigate
  • Easy to look at historical data

Cons

  • the back and forward between the manager and staff while waiting for email confirmation - too slow
  • It provides easy understanding from an SES level to APS
HCM overall usability speaks for itself when it can easily be used by SES staff and APS alike. It is easy to understand and user friendly. The learning modules are informative and well set out. The reminders are also handy from a management perspective. It keeps both staff and employees on track.
We are currently in the process of moving to the icloud. I do expect it go well and will have more to report in the future on this question.
I am not in HR however it will make the HR process more efficient from security to time saving.

Yes

SuccessFactors PDS and learning tools are easy to navigate. I wouldn't change anything besides the email back and forward.
