Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
SAP SuccessFactors HCM is our primary HRIS which we use to manage our employee data, conduct annual performance and remuneration reviews. We use Smart Recruiters for our Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, and with the recent acquisition of Smart Recruiters by SAP, it creates greater scope to integrate and collaborate between the two systems.
Pros
- Performance and calibration is a stand out feature. People Leaders find the calibration functionality useful and intuitive
- Remuneration reviews done through the module is great and a big step up from doing it manually through Excel
Cons
- Report Stories is a great feature but it is not particularly easy to set up and use
- There is no functionality for rostering which makes time management not useable for businesses that have rostering requirements aligned to it.
- It centralises all the necessary employee information which makes it easier for leaders to manage their people.
We haven't gone down the AI path yet however I would envisage that it will help employees to do the day to day tasks more efficiently.
