Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
I use SAP SuccessFactors HCM for employee management & recruitment. It is helpful in tracking candidates, steamline hiring process, for job postings.
Pros
- With SF its easy to manage hiring process, applicant tracking system is very useful, with this we can we can trck candidate every stage clearly
- Integration between recruitment & onboarding is very smooth, when a candidate is hired details are moved automaticay to the next stage, we can also see the metrics like open positions, time hire etc
Cons
- with my exp, offer approval workflow can be little slow. Even small change in offer letter requires reapproval beacuse of which delays in closures
- candidate filtering, search options are less, its not always easy to find profiles quickly when there are more applicants for same role
- As i worked on recruitment module, i can talk about that recruitment wise it saves lot of time, manual efforts. because of this coordination is increased between managers and HRs as we can track updates in realtime
- Helped in maintaining accurate employee details also
I like the idea if AI can screen candidates profile when we give it our job description, half of the job is done if that is the case. and also if AI feature can schedule interviews etc
