Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Success Factors Learning is our global learning solution. I am not a fan of any of the Success Factors functionality but Learns seems to be the least problematic.

Pros

  • Video play is reliable.

Cons

  • It could be easier to approve your learnings.
  • It could be more intuitive about how to find and print your learning certificates.
  • The pin being different than you password for Success Factors is a pain.
  • Has allowed us to move all of our learning to one system.
I can't remember our previous product but it is about the same.
