Overall Satisfaction with Scratchpad
Currently, I use an individual account for pipeline management and notes features every day. It is much easier to update and organise my opportunities in Scratchpad than doing it in Salesforce. It automatically updates relevant fields as well in Salesforce. The Scratchpad team is also amazingly fast at developing new features, which are making it even more effective day by day.
- Scratchpad pipeline management and admin work easy
- I enjoy easy call notes feature integrated to my calendar events
- Quick integration with Salesforce
- Plugin works flawlessly
- I honestly can not think of any improvement point. The existing features work perfectly. More features like reports and dashboards could be nice to have.
- It provides me with better visibility over my pipeline and helps me gain time with admin work.
