Overall Satisfaction with Scratchpad

I and some others on my team use Scratchpad as a more convenient and quick way of interacting with our opportunities from Salesforce. I found that Salesforce lightning is actually very slow, and it seems that using Scratchpad is actually a much faster process. It's also a lot easier to customize and modify my reports, due to Scratchpad's interface just being so much more user-friendly.
  • Reviewing Accounts or Opportunities
  • Adding notes
  • Saving workflows for frequent Salesforce processes
  • I'd love to be able to do even more of what I do in Saleforce in Scratchpads interface.
  • It would be nice to be able to update fields that require a workflow in Salesforce via Scratchpad
  • It saves me time
  • It saves me frustration of working within Salesforce for the little things
  • It's got a great free tier for a Customer Success use case.
  • It's not the best solution for everything. It's not a Swiss army knife. But what it does, it does best.
Scratchpad is just a much more enjoyable way of interacting with Salesforce for the features it currently supports. It's not an alternative to Salesforce, it's an alternative UX for certain daily activities in SF, and it's great at that.

Yes

Yes

Did implementation of Scratchpad go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Scratchpad again?

Yes

Frankly, if I can do something in Scratchpad instead of Salesforce, I prefer Scratchpad because it's faster, easier, simpler, with a much more readable and useable interface. Salesforce has been getting requests to allow font size modification for over a decade and hasn't even done that. That's what sent me looking for something like Scratchpad. I sort of view it as a much more user-friendly UI to layover SF. It's faster and less frustrating than SF for frequent daily activities. It's great for creating notes and tracking tasks at a basic level in a much more user friendly environment than Salesforce. But it interacts w/ SF, which is great!
