Overall Satisfaction with Screaming Frog SEO Spider
Screaming Frog is great for cataloging your pages and making sure that the basic SEO elements are on all pages. When you work for a large website, it's sometimes difficult to track ALL pages and sections. It's also used when we want to crawl our clients' websites to diagnose problems that can be easily addressed and fixed.

- Ability to crawl pages on any website
- The tool (understandably) times out after crawling too many pages.
- Link metrics could be more detailed.
- Provided invaluable information on areas of our site that have been neglected.
- Helped us track down easy to fix 301 and 404 site issues
- Helps us catalog pages on our site with important basic SEO data
We have a deep crawl integration with another tool and still find the information on DeepCrawl valuable because this tool is better at listing out reccomendations. However, Screaming Frog is easier to use, doesn't have limits on how many crawls it can run (on the Pro plan we utilize) and it's easy to download your results.
