Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use SE Ranking for many SEO and marketing tasks, from competitor monitoring and marketing research to tracking our rankings on search engines. It is mostly used by the Marketing Team, but also other team members are involved. SE Ranking helps us to solve the listed marketing tasks and save time and money, as we do not use other tools for these purposes. All we need is on one platform.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Rank racking. It’s really important for us that the ranks are tracked accurately.
Monitoring of changes made on the website. We’ve found this feature really useful.
Reports. This includes auto reports and manuals. We can easily and quickly create reports to check our SEO progress month by month.

Cons

Competitors research for Yandex. There are still not that many databases for the Yandex search engine in the competitors research tool.

Return on Investment

We spend less money for marketing, as we refuse to use other SEO tools.

Alternatives Considered

SEMRush and Ahrefs Site Explorer

The interface is much more friendly. The databases for the backlinks database seems to be bigger and more qualitative.

Support Rating

I’ve contacted the Support Team several times and they are usually responsive and really helpful. I can contact them via chat or email, and even in Facebook comments. And they have a very good Help Center where I can find almost anything.

Usability

They had a huge update recently and the platform is now even better. Although not all the tools are yet in the new design.

A great solution for internal Marketing Teams and for the collaboration of clients and agencies, as you can provide access to specific sections of the platform and then remove it if necessary. For internal teams, it’s really convenient to have most of the tasks made within one tool or platform. That’s what we do in Belkins. We use SE Ranking for most of our SEO and marketing tasks. And they have an API, so you can easily use the data in other services if you need it.
