Overall Satisfaction with Seamless.AI
We primarily use Seamless.AI as an add on program to our various tools and softwares that we have in our sales, and managerial wings. Seamless AI is unmatched for lead capture, at least in my opinion as a user of three other competing and overlapping company softwares. For basic sales efforts, it's very user-friendly, and works quite quickly. It works better than others on browser extension agility as well. So we find this is a good "first line" tool for our pursuits, or for companies with more established public data. We do find that it's the first one we reach to, even if it's not the only company in the process.
Pros

Cons
- Companies without enormous public data may be hard to find.
- Does not dive as deep as some of the competitors
- Limited in it's advanced functions, reporting, and available leads.
- Reduces time to the sale by about 10-20% based on observed leads
- Reduces overall programs needed by 25% for prospecting
- Allows us to reduce the licenses on more advanced software.
Seamless.AI is much better, cheaper, faster, and easier for our basic teams to use than many, if not all, other competitors. Many different software exist with heavy CRMS, but we don't need those. We have an in-house CRM, so this is easier for someone to onboard with and use, especially frequently ,without getting burnt out by populating tons of data points manually.
