Overall Satisfaction with Sendspark

It's a fantastic tool for making super-quick recordings. The 'Video Request' option is also quite useful. I enjoy how simple it is to copy and paste a recording thumbnail into an email, as well as the option of using a resizable bubble image and you can even change the shape of it, which would otherwise be difficult to generate. The tool's strength resides in its simplicity, with easily accessible menu choices. The recording options are straightforward and well-thought-out, so there isn't much to figure out, it is really intuitive. Also, the customer service is good, the online chat is perfect, no need to mail them.
  • Create videos without having to install anything.
  • Don't need to upload videos to host them, all is included.
  • Easy to share links or embed the videos.
  • Thumbnails with a short custom text on them directly grab the attention when opening an email.
  • Provides video request links for people to record or upload a feedback video. No installation or login needed.
  • I would love to have a "Pause" button and to be able to resume a recording.
  • There is no editing functionality, but on the other hand what I like is its simplicity. So it's all about compromises!
  • It would be nice to be able to switch from the camera only to screen. (note that we can record both using the Chrome extension).
  • Simplicity. Anyone can use it without having to be trained.
  • Online storage. Simply share links, nothing to upload or host.
  • Brand styles and colors.
  • Better email open rate (the animated thumbnails make wonders).
  • Better response from prospects and customers.
  • Great to gather feedback from our customers (good or bad).

It's definitely a huge time saver. Simply record a quick video showcasing whatever you want to communicate and share the link in an email or anywhere you want. It's ideal for short training videos, support, reviews, and so many more cases. The "Request video" functionality really helps. Many people don't have time to write answers, they simply go to the next thing they have to do in their busy life. Though, many take the time to shoot a quick video.
