When I first heard about Sendspark I asked Bethany 'what makes you different from all the other video platforms?' to which the response was 'you will actually use us because we are so much easier to implement into your workflow than everyone else'. She was right! We use Sendspark to send personalized one to one videos by email to existing and prospective clients

Pros

  • Ease of use - one click to record & one click to copy the thumbnail/URL.
  • Video quality is consistently high.
  • CTA implementation through templates is a huge time saver.
  • Clean interface and virtually no learning curve.
  • Works well across platforms, including mobile.

Cons

  • Would be nice to be able to end a video by hitting the spacebar (or just clicking a mouse button). Having to hit the extension icon can lead to a less clean last few seconds of the video.
  • One of the main advantages Sendspark has is simplicity. IF they improve beyond minor tweaks they will lose that USP and become just another over-complicated video platform (SO, I am recommending them to not improve it much more!)

  • The big win is time. Because of the ease of implementation, you can click - record - click - embed - send an email or LinkedIn message without even visiting their website.
  • Simplicity = less fear/apprehension in using video communications.

Sendspark has improved a lot. We bought it last year and since then they have built a lot of new features. We use Sendspark for a personalized video that is attached to our prospect we send to either via email or LinkedIn message. Sendspark is a stable tool that simply works with 0 hassle and issues.

Amazing software that allows more personality with a streamlined workflow in outreach and review workflows (at least that's how we use it). Sendspark helps us get more replies from prospects and video reviews, we get way more replies using Sendspark than traditional methods.

Pros

  • Getting people to leave video reviews is an absolute breeze. It's such a simple workflow.
  • Using email outreach is so simple and engaging with Sendspark it's insane. Love it.

Cons

  • Different design choices on a play icon on the video would be nice but not critical

I'm in the process of rebranding my company. As a coach and consultant, I needed a viable solution to connect with my clients in a more personalized manner. Bethany and the team at Sendspark have been super responsive and reliable in helping me to re-think customer interaction and satisfaction by creating software that exceeded my expectations.

Pros

  • In this post-pandemic world, Sendspark engages prospective clients in more fun, highly engaging, and natural way.
  • Easy to stay on brand and connect with my audience.
  • Seamless Integration with my autoresponder.
  • Video integration is the new norm - so Sendspark captivates the audience which helps to increase sales.

Cons

  • I would love a PWA app so that there's a quick means to connect on-the-go.
  • Increased Integration Usage - I need to add Sendspark to my new CRM platform and currently cannot do so.
  • Lack of personalized green screen functionality - This feature is a must and hopefully there will be updates in the future.
