Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have customers all over the country so it’s hard to meet them all in person. We wanted to improve the personalization and develop a better rapport with our clients. Sometimes emails to explain a concept can get complicated and misunderstood. So we were looking for an alternative way of communicating that is personal and easy to use.

Perhaps less ideal for larger enterprises or legal matters where written documentation, audit trail and other similar features are more important than ease of use and personalization.
