Overall Satisfaction with Sendspark

We have customers all over the country so it’s hard to meet them all in person. We wanted to improve the personalization and develop a better rapport with our clients. Sometimes emails to explain a concept can get complicated and misunderstood. So we were looking for an alternative way of communicating that is personal and easy to use.

Great for early-stage companies and remote work organizations looking to build rapport and trust with employees. Also great for solopreneurs looking to differentiate vs a traditional business. Perhaps less ideal for larger enterprises or legal matters where written documentation, audit trail and other similar features are more important than ease of use and personalization.
