Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is a great way to manage our contacts and keep track of our emails that have been sent out to them. We have been able to track how successful our emails are by using SharpSpring's analytics tab and building emailing reports. We have just started to really dive in the platform and are excited to utilize more of it.

Cons

  • Classes free at any time not just the ones on the syllabus.
  • Can be overwhelming at first.
  • More tutorial videos on site.
  • N/A (not long enough time).
I have had to call for help a few times already while using the platform and the customer service has exceeded my expectations. They are so willing to help and are very patient. They helped me figure out what I needed and were willing to continue to answer all of my questions. Usually, phone calls like these are not exciting, but I actually look forward to calling if I need help with anything.
