Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring internally and have rolled it out to each of our clients for CRM use. Our reporting has become more accurate (and easier to build), and our lead scoring is way easier to track and manage. The ability to sync contacts through the SmartMail features is also a huge help. We had used separate landing page builders and email services before, but now everything is in one, trackable place and the templates SharpSpring provides are beautiful.

The customer support SharpSpring provides is outstanding. Every question or ticket I submit has been addressed within hours, which is helpful when our clients need answers as soon as possible. They listen to suggestions, and walk you through Integrations or building tools. The features are wonderful, but what really sealed the deal is the level of customer service they provide, and the town hall meetings to keep partners in the loop for upcoming features and are open to feedback.
