Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
SharpSpring is being used across our whole organization.
- Marketing: We have been able to consolidate a ton of tools we were spending money on into one spot (Unbounce, Hootsuite, Gravity Forms, Mailchimp, etc. etc.).
- Sales: Everyone in sales uses the CRM and pipeline. Our sales team members who are in the field love the app.
- Admins: We have been able to take lead tracking off of the plate of our admins. Previously they were manually tracking leads on various sheets.
- Pricing. Everything's included, not tiered pricing.
- Customer support is the best in the biz.
- Quick to implement. I think we were able to get to 70% adoption in about 4 or 5 weeks.
- None.
- The landing page builder took a couple tries to get used to but that's not a con.
- Consolidation of tools has saved us hundreds a month.
- Hard to put a number on how much we have saved with being more efficient.
Wayyyy better cost alternative with SharpSpring. It has the same/similar features.
