Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a marketing agency that works within the property sector. SharpSpring has increased communications between our clients and theirs. The automation also has resolved which client belongs to which agent, thank you round robin automation for that. We also use SharpSpring to build, test, send and track emails and conversion.

Pros and Cons

Automations allow for easy content flow and management.
API integration to third party software, i.e. Gravity forms.
Landing pages allow for a great lead generation.

Would like to see the ability to group forms per campaign.

Return on Investment

Better interaction with potential investors which leads to better sales.
Ability to track social media marketing adjusting campaign based on results which in turn relates to increase ROI.
SharpSpring is a time saver.

As an agency dealing with many clients within the property sector, it made sense to use a product that can scale with our needs to best support our clients. Allows for easy lead tracking and sending of information relevant to the requirements of the lead based on the property or properties that they have enquired about. We use this data to send future invitations to new product launches keeping the interaction going.
