Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring for our marketing automation needs. It helps us track visitors to our website, capture their information with forms, manage them in a CRM and deliver marketing content to prospects with an email drip campaign while rating people's levels of interactions with our material so that our salespeople know when to follow up.

We found Infusionsoft incredibly confusing to use. SharpSprings workflow editor is much more intuitive and allowed us the flexibility that we wanted in a simple way.
Small to medium-sized businesses who want to automate their marketing to their prospects. It's a great way to try and understand who is visiting your website in more detail than just analytics
