Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
SharpSpring is good and easy to use. I find it very good at getting me the right information at the right time. It is easy to use and amend the contact or account details. SharpSpring gives a good Idea of initial sales or opportunities. I would highly recommend them to either small or big businesses.
- Estimate sales.
- Opportunity list.
- Correct information for accounts.
- Not able to remove opportunity.
- Need more clarity with duplicate accounts.
- Log of calls to resolve any issues.
