Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use and offer SharpSpring to our clients as an automation platform to generate more traffic to their websites and to convert that traffic into qualified leads.
- Great value for money.
- Easy to use.
- Great support.
- Layout of the platform could be more appealing.
- The emailing and landing pages editor could work better.
- It still has some bugs.
- Since we pay less for the platform (compared to the one we used before) it's easier to sell to our clients and cheaper to us monthly.
Despite being a much simpler platform, SharpSpring is more than enough for our agency and our clients. We used to have HubSpot but the price was really high for us as a partner agency and it wasn't easy to sell to our clients, so we ended up having to work with tools other than HubSpot so we wouldn't kill the project (in terms of price).
