Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

Being able to track our paid marketing efforts and then automate clear and relevant messages is a huge win for us. SharpSpring really ties everything together in one platform, lets us have all our customers in one place, and provides the ability to see what marketing materials they have received or open, plus which pages on our website they have visited.

  • The only downside is having to use 3rd-party apps for a few integrations.

SharpSpring really shines with workflows and marketing automation. We can now track leads from an ad click to our website and then send them relevant information.
