Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

It is used by the Sales and Marketing departments. We use SharpSpring for automating the sales process from bringing in new leads to closing deals.
  • Email automation is a great way o reach a large amount of clients quickly and easily.
  • Opportunities are a great way to track your sales funnel and stay organized to reach goals.
  • Analytics and reports help to assess past goals and create future goals for the department.
  • The email marketing tool is a bit challenging.
  • It has had a very beneficial impact to our sales and marketing team. their lives are easier and we are exceeding previous goals.
Active campaign was our previous tool and SharpSpring greatly exceeds the functionality of Active Campaign. I am very glad that we switched.
SharpSpring is great for tracking, automation, and engagement.
