Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use it to generate and track leads for our sales department mostly. It is also used to keep track of current customers.
  • Their customer service is impeccable.
  • Email tracking is extremely helpful.
  • Could be a little more intuitive in some aspects.
  • SharpSpring has helped us close sales by allowing us to keep track of which channel is best for contacting certain companies.
SharpSpring is very well suited for tracking leads.
