Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We are a reseller of SharpSpring and use it for marketing our own company as well. For our clients, it is a valuable tool to gain insight into who is visiting their websites, allows them to trigger emails tailored to the needs of their leads, and to communicate on a regular basis with existing customers.
Pros
- Automating responses and workflows to nurture leads in the sales funnel.
- Track engagement and automatically assign lead scores.
Cons
- Email creation tool needs work -- needs to enable embedding of videos (like Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, etc.). Rendering across email clients is still an issue. Reporting analytics could be more in-depth.
- Great ROI - Price point and functionality can't be beaten.
