Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
Our whole organization uses SharpSpring. From a Sales perspective, SharpSpring addresses the organization, keeping us on task by giving us reminders & follow-ups. From the Marketing side, SharpSpring helps us to do a sales and nurture campaign for any product.

Cons
- Social Media section (content calendar) is a bit lacking for scheduling. It is not as robust as other tools and I don't use it.
- Not being able to use Grammarly in my Safari browser and SharpSpring at the same time without it messing up the styles in the emails. I have to use Chrome for SharpSpring & then keep Grammarly on a separate browser.
- One of the top 4 things we believe every business should have is an email campaign, as it's had the most significant positive impact on our business. It provides us a way to easily & quickly reach out to different audience segments.
- SharpSpring email automation has helped one of our clients gain 82 leads (up from 5 the previous year).
