Great Sales and Automation Tool
Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use it as a sales tool and a marketing automation platform. It has really become our content hub for understanding who are qualified leads are and how to best target them/when to target them. Terms of creating emails - this is one of the better platforms I have had the experience of working with.
Pros
- Sales funnels.
- Email templates and organization.
- Lead generation.
Cons
- User interface.
- Pricing module (just could be clearer).
- We have made contact with people that we never would have otherwise.
We have used My Emma and Constant Contact. They didn't have the sales tool though which is really what helps consolidate the need for 2 separate platforms. In terms of pricing, it is a little higher. If you are an agency that can resell it and then make a profit that way, that is the way to do it.
