Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is used my entire company. I work in B2B sales and it's been useful for me to stay on top of leads and keep them warm. Not let anyone fall through the cracks.

Pros

  • Offers user-friendly marketing email templates.
  • Offers a workflow to easily see who much is in your pipeline ($).
  • Offers CRM, marketing automation, and scheduling all in one site.

Cons

  • N/A - I don't have any recommendations at this time for improvement.
  • I've only started working about a month ago, however, it has helped me manage leads. That in turn will help with ROI.

Very user-friendly. Only 1 day is needed for a quick training and then you should be good to go. The dashboard shows different tabs that are pretty self-explanatory. Even someone not tech-savvy could understand SharpSpring.
Nolan, one of our reps, has actually walked us through a demo to show us best practices so our support team is there when you need them.
Well suited for companies who are trying to capture leads who visit their site. So you can manage who's actually interested in talking with you.
