Overall Satisfaction with Shift
Coordination and collaboration tools are able to be included directly in with our communication tools. We utilize Slack and Asana, which when integrated with email (both personal and business) allow for quick and seamless transitions.
Pros
- Easy to set up
- Easy to see messages across platforms
- Everything is together and organized
Cons
- Cost of paying is frustrating
- Way too many updates
- Tries to automatically do things internally that I'm not interested in.
- Increased productivity
- Easy access to everything all at once
- Faster replies to both internal and external messages
Integrations are great - always easy to set up and use and they add value for sure.
It's all about getting to messages quicker, both internally and externally. When you can see them all together in the same place at the same time, it's a game changer.
