Overall Satisfaction with Shift

I have used Shift for the last 2 years to manage multiple inboxes and applications across clients. Using Shift allows me to quickly switch between my clients - which means I am able to work more efficiently. I love that I can have the different apps needed for each client attached directly in the app - it makes things SO MUCH EASIER!

Pros

  • Allows me to manage multiple inboxes effortlessly.
  • Sync different apps from Workspace to Trello to Asana and more - and the different log ins I have for each client are tied to my inboxes.
  • Easily switch between needs.

Cons

  • I wish the "add to shift" button was more prominent.
  • My response times have drastically decreased.
  • I can see which inboxes need attention and open attachments and links without needing to open a whole new window.
I have integrated Shift with Gmail and Outlook - both work seamlessly.
Shift has saved me not only hours out of my day that I was spending signing in and out of different workspaces, but it's also allowed me to be more purposeful with my time.
Shift was very easy to set up and it's incredibly easy to add the apps and tools I need for each client

Shift has helped me manage multiple clients, along with multiple inboxes without jumping between Chrome browsers, which means I'm not wasting time or accidentally responding or interacting with the wrong account.
