Shift is a lifesaver
Overall Satisfaction with Shift
I white label for several organizations which means I use their email address on their domain vs my organization. That also means I keep calendars on their system. This allows me to look at all emails and calendars in one fell swoop. No signing in or out. No mixing up emails/calendars. It is a life saver. I couldn't do what I do without this tool.

The ease of connection from Gmail to Outlook to Office 365 is super easy and intuitive and have never run into any issues. Simply select, log in, and allow the permissions, and you are all set. Same with additional software, simply select, log in, and allow the permissions. Never had an issue with an email, calendar or software connection.
Just not having to have multiple browsers open, continuously checking different emails, I can quickly glance at Shift's nav bar and know what emails I need to check and respond to. Plus, a unified calendar is a lifesaver when you are trying to juggle multiple calendars. I can make sure I'm not double-booked for anything.

Using Shift
4 - Team members use to manage multiple emails and calendars for the white label contracts we have in place with other agencies. Each team member can have upwards of 10 emails and 10 calendars as well as necessary apps/software to be used that is unique to each one of their clients. The biggest use is email and a unified calendar view.
1 - There is no special skill set needed to support Shift. We do an administrator for license and such, but each user can install and setup on their own, it is extremely easy and very intuitive. In addition, there is very little on going support needed and questions can be asked of the Shift team as needed.

Ease of Use - team members can't be further wasting time setting things up or having to redo things or learning a whole new system, and this is super simple to setup and use, and can be used with multiple mail and calendar systems as well as other apps/softwares
Would not change it, found this easy to use and made the decision. Have not regretted the decision or felt a need to change up the criteria for the evaluation or selection. Simply put it worked as we needed it and we subscribed.
Shift Implementation

Change management was minimal - Overall we needed a solution to a huge problem, and the user's function is the same, check and respond to email, keep calendar up-to-date, and those things simply became easier with Shift so change management wasn't an issue.

No, I don't know if they even offer this, as I have never needed it not only because there haven't been any major issues, but also when we have had minor things, support was able to resolve the issues very quickly. I don't see a need for paying for a higher level of support, their basic support is more than enough.
Yes - Yes, we had an issue with a login to an email account, and they were able to make a change and upon deployment we were able to login to the email platform.
They have always provided excellent support. I have received an answer to acknowledge someone is working on my ticket within an hour. I had an update within a couple of hours. And issues resolved in less than 24 hours. And these issues were minor, but response and resolution was extremely fast.
