Overall Satisfaction with Shippo

We use Shippo in our company to manage all orders received through our Shopify website. The process is very simple and pretty much entirely automated. The addresses, phone numbers, and emails all come over from Shopify, and Shippo even sends out emails with tracking info to our customers.

Shippo feels like a lightweight version of ShipStation. Anyone just getting started, shipping 1-10 SKUs, or having a low volume and can't justify a monthly fee; it's worth it to go with Shippo!

If you run a small business with one primary ship from location and don't need to ship more than 1-2 packages per address, Shippo is the best. At another company I manage, we use ShipStation because most orders need to be split up into multiple shipments. Shippo has recently added this feature, though, and it is really solid.
