Overall Satisfaction with Sigma Computing

Originally, only one team had been using the platform for analytics. Over time, the Sigma platform has gained popularity among a number of different teams due to the ability to create neat dashboards and visuals.

Absolutely, many employees without any background/experience with SQL are able to perform the same tasks without knowing the language.
The sharing of reports and dashboards has been extremely helpful. Although, our team has yet to work on the same report at the same time.
It has allowed employees to gain access to data without bothering and taking time away from the software engineering team.
The fact that non-analysts can view and share reports and dashboards without charge is very appealing. Although, I am not privy to the pricing and negotiation discussions.
One of the main advantages of the platform is that it does not have a very steep learning curve. Many first-time individuals are able to successfully start using and operating Sigma within a couple of hours.

Although the response was timely, the quality of service was lacking in their attention to my specific questions.

Most of the features are fairly intuitive. The customer service chat could use a little more attention to the customer's specific requests/issues.
