Overall Satisfaction with Sigma Computing
We use Sigma for all reporting needs from selling and returns, to inventory management and customer engagement. It has been an extremely useful product for all departments as we are able to customize all of the necessary data for whatever project we are trying to analyze. What's even better is you don't have to know how to code to create your own worksheet!

We always have the most up-to-date information about our business with Sigma. We're able to pull reporting at any time and see everything live in the moment. We are able to track things down to an extremely granular level which has helped us immensely. We're able to make better decisions in all departments with this up-to-date data.
It has helped me with managing millions of dollars of inventory because I can see information about each item and know what happened to it down to the minute. It's also beneficial because I can edit a report if I see something that doesn't make sense for what we're working on.
I haven't used too much like Sigma before - before our Sigma times, we used reporting that was 100% homegrown and we were never sure if it was showing the correct data. Now when we're looking for information we know what we're seeing is accurate which is a huge help.
