Overall Satisfaction with Skedda

We are in the trial phase of using Skedda for booking parking and workstations in our office.

Pros

  • Customize design of maps.
  • User friendly app.
  • Easily manageable to administer.
  • Excellent communications and training for users.

Cons

  • I would like to select a range of colours for the mapping.
  • Ease of use.
  • Easy to access on computer or phone.
  • Administrator is able to make changes easily.
  • It saves me time.
  • Intuitive, fast, efficient.

I feel like the account manager and I are talking the same language. He makes me feel like we are their only client. He is personable and available. He provides clear and concise explanations and assistance. He is always friendly and positive. Very helpful. Knows the system inside and out. Finds innovative ways, i.e., video to provide instructions to our staff. On a scale of 1-10, I’d give him at least an 11.
