Overall Satisfaction with Skedda

We need to be able to facilitate many different staff members coming and going on a daily basis. Skedda has allowed us to section off different areas to different teams and resources, as well as specific booking rules for each of those areas. Previously this was a very manual process but it is all automated and easily controlled with the backend settings.

  • Can have resources as bookable items to easily track them

Cons

  • Nothing to add - happy here
  • Rules restricting areas to specific departments
  • SSO
  • The check-in feature
  • The maps are free to alter - we make a lot of changes
  • Saves us time looking for equipment or resources
  • No need to email back-and-forth about clashing booked spaces

It is really well suited for managing either desks and meeting rooms, or resources. It was really important for us that equipment could be included as bookable items because we can then track who has them - where and when. The self-service nature of bookings allows everyone to manage their own time.
