My company implemented Skilljar to increase scalability in our training and client success operations. The content development and platform administration is currently a 1-person job, though we are working to expand our Education and Training team in the coming years.
- Low-code, user-friendly interface
- Very responsive and informed client support throughout implementation and beyond
- Great analytics insights into user behavior
- I'd love to see more ways to increase lesson interactivity, without requiring advanced knowledge of instructional design authoring tools
- We have been able to reduce the time our implementation team spends training new clients in some (but not all) cases.
- We have clear metrics on course engagement, so we can better hold clients accountable for completing training courses

Skilljar was an excellent fit for my organization, which is just beginning to tackle the challenges of creating more scalable education content. Because Skilljar is so easy to navigate with an out-of-the-box theme, we were able to focus primarily on program development and strategy, rather than spending an inordinate amount of time learning to use the platform itself.
