Our implementation of Skilljar included a migration away from 2 other LMS systems that were not meeting our needs. It is primarily used to support our partner ecosystem and their enablement needs. We were able to scale up to global demand with role-specific, on-demand training and certifications.

- Review documentation regularly, especially with new onboarding customers. Although there is lots of documentation, some of it is dated or a bit incomplete in places.
- It has increased the visibility of courses across roles amongst our partners, improving adoption and user experience.
We used LearnUpon for years and across many departments. Many of those departments moved to Continue. However, we were the only external-facing training and enablement program, and we found Skilljar to be a much better fit for that. Plus the customer service has been far better than our experiences with the other two.
