Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar Customer Education Software

I use Skilljar Customer Education Software to deliver highly technical content in various modalities to our global base of customers, partners, and employees. With Skilljar, we can rapidly deploy learning content that aligns with our product enhancements. Additionally, we leverage third-party integrations to create a more robust engagement experience for our users, giving them the right training at the right time.

For end users, this is straightforward and easy. Some functionality is not intuitive at an administrative level and requires multiple steps. For example, we publish content across multiple learning portals, which requires us to do the same action in triplicate. Other areas, like domain theming, are not as easy as WYSIWYG or drag and drop. You should expect some expertise in CSS to work with all of the code snippets to make the product look/work as desired.
Support is great and responsive. Our current CSM is very attentive and makes us feel like they care.

We are a rapidly growing learning team, and Skilljar Customer Education Software has an ease of use that has allowed us to expand administration across the org. This has allowed us to rapidly create content and publish it to Skilljar to meet the needs of our customers and employees.
